The Newforma Konekt Outlook add-in integrates Microsoft Outlook with Newforma Konekt, so you can file emails to a Newforma Konekt project directly from Outlook. Team members can then find and access filed emails from the web platform.
The reading pane must be set to right or bottom for the add-in to appear. Otherwise, you must open each email to use the add-in. This is a Microsoft add-in limitation.
Install and configure the Newforma Konekt for Outlook add-in to access the following features:
- File one or more emails to a project
- Send and file an email to a project
- File all past emails in a conversation
- File an email as an RFI
- File an email as a submittal
- File an email as an issue
- Forward and reply to a project email
