View Project Files on Mobile

With Newforma Konekt’s mobile app, you can view the project files, where all project team members can access the most up-to-date information about the project. The files can be downloaded to the device for later viewing or opened using the application of your choice on your device.

1. Open the app on your device and select the desired method to sign in. The application will display in English or French, depending on the system language you set in your device.
2. Then, select a hub and a project.
3. Tap the hamburger icon at the bottom of the screen, then tap Files to access the project files stored for your project. You can pin the list by tapping the pin icon.

4. From the file list, click on a folder to view its contents.
5. To download a folder or a file, click the ellipsis to view the options. For the folder/file, you can view the details or download the file to the device.

View details of a file/folder

For project files on Newforma Koenkt, you can also view details & history of a file & folder.

1. From the project file list, click on the ellipsis for the file/folder to view the options.
2. Click on the view details button to view the details of the file/folder.
3. To view the history for the file/folder, click on the history tab or swipe left to navigate to check the history of the file/folder.

As of now, you can only view the project files stored on Newforma Koenkt storage. Files from Microsoft SharePoint and Autodesk Docs (Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk BIM 360) are not available on the mobile app for now.
