Register for the Newforma Konekt Customer Community

This article contains instructions for new users on how to access the Customer Community. New users have two options for accessing the Newforma Customer Community for the first time.

Option 1: Sign in using your corporate Microsoft ID

Depending on your company, you may be able to use your Microsoft ID to connect to the Customer Community. This includes Office 365 accounts and Active Directory exposed through an Azure AD.

Click the Microsoft logo on the login page and follow the prompts to enter your email address and your normal Microsoft enterprise login. If your company requires multi-factor authentication, you’ll be prompted to validate as usual.

Then, accept the permissions request form the Newforma Customer Community. For more information, see Sign into the Newforma Customer Community using Microsoft.

Option 2: Create a new Customer Community login

If you don’t want to use your Microsoft ID, or your company doesn’t support this option, you can still join the Customer Community by creating a login.

Simply click Not a member? on the login page and fill in the fields of the registration form as required.

Once you’ve submitted your request, keep an eye out for a “Welcome to the Community” email and use the link in the email to log into the Community for the first time and set up your password.
