Create/Localize an Issue – Mobile Viewer

You can use the Create Issue option to create an issue from a specific location or a camera position.

1. In the Newforma Konekt mobile application, open the desired project.
2. Click on the Open files button to file list view.
3. Display the desired files (models/sheet).
4. Click on the Hamburger to open the available options
5. Click on the Create issue button.
   

6. To create the issue from the specific location, double-click on that location to drop the pin.
7. To create the issue from the specific camera location, click on click here to skip this step in the banner on top.

8. In the Create Issue form, enter a title and fill out any other relevant fields. You can also add attachments.

9. If you add teams in the Team Involved field, you can set the Visibility field to Access restricted to author, assignee, team and notify for the issue’s visibility.
10. When you are satisfied with your issue, click Publish issue. Your issue will appear at the top of the issue list.
11. After you publish your issue, you can edit it to update information, write comments, and add attachments (See View & edit an issue – Mobile viewer).
