This release contains 3 bug fixes.

Platform	Bug fix
Web application	When an admin or editor of the project, but not the creator, assigns the Confidentiality field to a team that he’s not a part of, an error appears.
Web application	Reply to comments are now supported when importing BCF issues (BCF 2.0).
Web application	Fixed a bug when a user had duplicate attribute names in the Project Settings. When a custom attribute exists with a reserved name, it is not possible to rename the predefined attribute with the custom attribute name.
