Depuis Solibri, acc\u00e9dez au <strong>Connecteur BCF<\/strong> pour vous connecter au serveur BCF de Newforma Konekt et convertir vos pr\u00e9sentations Solibri en questions Newforma Konekt et vice-versa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"-pre-requis\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9-requis<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour utiliser le Solibri BCF Connector, vous devez avoir install\u00e9 Solibri Office, Solibri Site, Solibri Anywhere ou Solibri Model Checker 9.9 ou une version ult\u00e9rieure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous utilisez Solibri Model Checker, t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez la derni\u00e8re version du connecteur BCF \u00e0 partir du <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/solution.solibri.com\/#!ProductsView\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Solibri Solution Center<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement s\u00e9lectionner le serveur et cliquer sur <\/span><strong>Supprimer le server<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour le retirer de la liste.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"2-depannage-dun-echec-de-connexion\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9pannage d\u2019un \u00e9chec de connexion<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous avez des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 vous connecter \u00e0 Newforma Konekt dans Solibri, vous pouvez voir un message d&rsquo;erreur vous demandant de <\/span><strong>v\u00e9rifier que les valeurs que vous avez saisies sont correctes<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce probl\u00e8me peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solu soit en supprimant et en r\u00e9-ajoutant le serveur, soit en r\u00e9-installant enti\u00e8rement Solibri.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant de le r\u00e9installer, supprimez compl\u00e8tement le serveur de la fen\u00eatre <\/span><strong>Connecteur BCF<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, naviguez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&#8217;emplacement suivant sur votre ordinateur et supprimez le fichier \u00ab\u00a0StoredCredential\u00a0\u00bb. Ce fichier contient le jeton d&rsquo;authentification avec le serveur BCF.
