Batch Assign Users to a Project
It is possible to add or remove multiple users at the same time from the project using the ‘Batch Assign’ feature located next to the search bar when selecting one or multiple users. It is also possible to customize the role of all the assignees. For this reason, we recommend editing a batch of users that share the same level of rights for the assigned project. For instance, you could select all the users that are going to be editors on the project(s) and assign them using the ‘Batch Assign’. Using this method, you avoid having to go to the project setting page and set a role for each user one by one. It is also possible to assign multiple projects to a user (see Edit Project Assignments for a User).
Assign projects to a multiple users
- In the User Management page, select the users you wish to edit/assign projects.
- Click on the ‘Assign projects’ button that appears near the search bar.
- Select the projects you want to assign to the users.
- Click ‘Continue’.
- Assign the project role to the users.
- Click ‘Apply’.

Unassign projects to a multiple users
- In the User Management page, select the users you wish to edit/unassign projects.
- Click on the ‘Unassign projects’ button that appears near the search bar.
- Select the projects you want to unassign to the users.
- Click ‘Unassign’.

Even if some of the selected users are already unassigned/assigned to certain projects, unassigning/assigning them to the project again will not create duplicates.
