Edit Project Assignments for a User

Hub owners and admins can easily assign multiple projects to a user or edit and remove project assignments from the Hub settings page. When assigning projects to a user, you can also specify their project role. To assign projects to multiple users, see Batch Assign Users to Projects.

View and edit assigned projects

  1. In Newforma Konekt, under Hub menu, select Hub settings.
  2. In the hub user list, find the user for which you want to see or edit assigned projects.
  3. In the Projects column, click on the number of projects.
  4. In the Edit assigned project dialog box, you can see the assigned projects and the user role for each project. You can edit the roles if needed. To find a project, you can use the search, filter and sort options.

Assign projects to a user

  1. In the Edit assigned project dialog box, click Assign projects at the top-right corner.
  2. In the Assign projects to user dialog box, select the project(s) you want assign to the user. You can use the search, filter and sort options to find projects.
  3. Click Next to specify the project role.
  4. When you’re done, click Apply.

Unassign a user from a project

  1. In the Edit assigned project dialog box, find the project from which you want to remove the user.
  2. Hover over the project and click the x that appears at the end of the line.
  3. In the dialog box that opens, click Unassign.
