April 19, 2021 Release

This release improves the rendering speed of PDF files and addresses a number of bug fixes.

Platform	Bug fix
Web application	Fixed a bug that prevented the visibility from being saved as restricted when creating an issue.
Web application	Fixed the bug that removed the Visibility field when the mandatory fields of an issue were not filled in before saving.
Add-ins	Reinstalling an add-in may fix the bug that removes View in model button.
Navisworks add-in	Fixed the bug that caused the Clashes to issues operation to fail.
BCF REST API	Fixed the bug that prevented user from creating a topic using the BCF REST API.
